By far the best dentist I've seen. Michele at the front desk is literally an angel on earth. I've never had an office that is so communicative and kind. The dental care they provide does not feel excessive and the providers are absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend if you are looking for a dentist in the area!!

The receptionist was friendly, the dentist was knowledgeable, direct, and kind. The downside was the hygienest. I am unsure if she was new or if this is the norm, but she spoke so quietly I could barely hear her and the cleaning was the worst I've ever had. She repeatedly scraped and poked at my gums, and when I told her how horribly it was hurting, she nodded and continued on the same as before. My mouth hurt the rest of the day and I have never experienced that after a cleaning.

I have crippling anxiety when it comes to dentistry, due to past experiences. The hygienist was sympathetic and kind. The dentist on the other hand was visibly annoyed at my anxiety and had no bedside manner. On my second visit, I failed to understand what my insurance covered and was surprised with a fee at check in. I had to cancel my appointment because I could not pay the fee. The secretary was kind enough to cancel and wave the cancellation fee, but only after she shamed me for not knowing how my insurance worked. I won't be returning. To be fair, i don't think there are many dentist offices that are accommodating to people with anxiety

I would like to give this place a 5 star review but because of the rude receptionist I can do that. I called today to reschedule my appointment because I have a flat tire and was rudely told that i have pay $75 before I can reschedule (which btw I had to call several times before someone answered ). I was also told because I am a new patient which I am not that she couldn't waive this fee. This is my second time speaking with this receptionist and she was rude last week when I called to get a prescription for an antibiotic. Also, the receptionist doesn't even know the patients her Debtist sees, I am not a "new patient" I was seen in December. Beth Minthorn

I have never had such a pleasant experience at a medical appointment, as I did here for my first visit. They were able to squeeze me in on a Friday before close to find what my throbbing toothache was caused by, just two hours after calling. The assistant named Ashley was very comforting and thorough in her explanations. I’d explained that I had a lot of health anxiety and she gave a lot of reassurance! The dentist was quick and thorough as well! Michelle at the front desk is incredibly kind and very helpful! They were able to get me an appointment the next week for a cleaning and for my tooth repair. They are an incredible practice and I highly recommend them.
